Join Casey's Pond and the Steamboat Pilot & Today as we present Tony Buettner with Blue Zones to debunk the most common myths and offer a science-backed blueprint for the average American to live another 12 quality years. To find the path to long life and health, the Blue Zones team studies communities where elders live with vim and vigor to record-setting ages.
When: Doors at 5 p.m. Program begins at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21

Cost: $25 ticket includes admission and Blue Zone food samples provided by Casey's Pond.

Watermelon/tomato mint salad
