Join the Glenwood Springs Post Independent as we present Tony Buettner with Blue Zones to debunk the most common myths and offer a science-backed blue print for the average American to live another 12 quality years. To find the path to long life and health, the Blue Zones team studies the world's "Blue Zones," communities whose elders live with vim and vigor to record setting age.

Monday, September 24th- Morgridge Commons - Colorado Mountain College Glenwood

Doors open at 5 pm 

Program begins at 6 pm

$25 ticket includes healthy food samples and program. Food will be provided by Be Healthy Stay Fit Bistro. Here is the menu for the evening;
