To find the path to long life and health, the Blue Zones team studies the world's "Blue Zones," communities whose elders live with vim and vigor to record setting age.

Doors open at 5 pm 

Program begins at 6 pm

$25 ticket includes healthy food samples and program. Food will be provided by Be Healthy Stay Fit Bistro. Here is the menu for the evening;
