REFUND INFORMATION AND POLICIES
1. Tickets purchased are non refundable.
1A. Single Celebrity Guest Live Stream, Meet & Greet or Personalized Video - Celebrity Guest Cancellation. In the event of a celebrity guest cancellation, the amount of the ticket will be refunded in full to the original form of payment within 60 days. The refund cannot be routed to a different form of payment, so please use care when purchasing.
1B. Cast Live Stream, Meet & Greet or Personalized Video - Celebrity Guest Cancellation. If a celebrity guest cancels and was part of a cast stream or cast meet & greet, the ticket will remain active, no refunds will be issued. Please see 1C for entire event cancellation information.
1C. Single Celebrity Guest or Cast Live Stream, Meet & Greet or Personalized videos - Entire Event Cancellation. Upon cancellation of an entire event, tickets will be fully refunded to the original form of payment within 30 days. The refund cannot be routed to a different form of payment, so please use care when purchasing.
2. If you miss your ticketed event or late to your ticketed event, no refund or partial refund will be issued.
3. If you are removed from the room during any event, for any reason by an administrator, celebrity guest or moderator, no refund or partial refund will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Vulgar language, nudity, abusive attitude toward our staff, other fans moderator, or celebrity guests will absolutely not be tolerated and will result in your removal from the event without refund or compensation.
4. If your internet connection fails, you have a power failure, or otherwise are unable to connect due to an end user issue during an event, no refund or partial refund will be issued.
5. If any of your video or audio equipment fails during an event, no refund or partial refund will be issued. Please ensure you have used the hardware check in the email prior to the event.
