Details And Contract Application

Thank you for your interest in setting up as an Exhibitor, Vendor, Independent Publisher, Developer, Crafts Person, Artist, Writer or Filmmaker at The New York City Horror-Fi Expo 2  2018.

As Sunrise Productions continues to grow the latest event is, The New York City Horror-Fi Expo 2 is a 2-day event and will take place November 3rd - 4th, 2018.

All Exhibitors, Vendors, Artists, etc… will be located in The 630 Second Hall located at 630 2nd Ave New York N.Y. 10016.

Convention Event Hours:
Saturday, 10:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday, 11:00am- 5:00 pm 

Setup Time is between 7am and 10am Saturday and 8am to 11am Sunday You must check in at the Exhibitor check in at registration desk by the front of the convention room. There will be no check in after 10:00am on Saturday. Anyone needing to set-up on Friday night must make arrangements 3 week prior to event. Anyone checking in late must check in at the front registration desk for Exhibitors and Artists in front of main convention room. Your assignment will be confirmed before the event, but all badges must be picked up at the show and will not be mailed prior to the event.

Assignment of space will be by show management. We will try to accommodate as many special requests as possible but cannot guarantee where you will be located un less previously arranged .

Electrical service is available on wall locations only to avoid any tripping incidents. Sunrise Productions must be informed in advance if you require an electrical outlet a maximum of 2 plugs is permitted in any one wall outlet.

8’ x 2' STANDARD TABLE $175.00 FOR 2-DAYS EACH, OR 2 FOR $300.00 + Tax and Convenience Fee 
Space is limited to the 8’ x 2’ area table top and the front end of your table not to exceed 6" into the isle and approximately 4’ behind the table. Space is limited make the most of it IE: small tables, display cases, shelves as long as they do not interfere with your fellow neighboring vendors.

Each table comes with exhibitor / vendor badges (2 badges for 1 table, 4 badges for 2 tables, and 5 badges for 3 tables. Additional badges for each additional table can be purchased separately, limited to 1 additional badge per table), one eight-foot table comes with two chairs, a small company sign. Communal garbage cans will be located at several locations. Corner spaces are communal space. Additional exhibitor / vendor badges are $30. Badges are non-transferable. Please note that by purchasing exhibitor space at The New York City Horror-Fi Expo 2 you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

Independent Publisher, and Premium Artist / Writer / Filmmaker / Cosplayer tables 8’ x 2’. These tables are specifically reserved for Independent Publishers, Artists, Filmmakers, and Writers who are selling their own created or published work. INDIVIDUALS SELLING IN THESE SPACES MAY NOT SELL ANY ITEM NOT CREATED BY THEMSELVES. 

(T-Shirt companies do not qualify for this space.)

There is a limit of 1 Indie Press table per company. If you need more booth space, you will be required to purchase an exhibitor booth at full price. 

If you are and indie publisher, all items for sale, must be published by your company. If you are an artist, all art (including prints) must be created by the person purchasing the table, and the artist must be in attendance at the show. Each table comes with 2 exhibitor badges, and two chairs, and small company sign. Badges are non-transferable. Sunrise Productions Ultd Inc. Holds no claim to any sales including Merchandise, Autographs, and Photo Ops. (This is what you worked hard for) Please note that by purchasing exhibitor space at New York City Horror-Fi Expo 2 you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below

Artist / Celebrity Alley: Table space $150.00 + Tax and convenience Fee  for 2-days (not invited as a Guest) Artist / Celebrity Alley is the area of the show designed for established and upcoming artists, writers, filmmakers, and or cosplayers. Artist tables are 8’ x 2’ with 2 chairs and 2 Badges. (Additional  badges are $30.) Each These tables are placed directly next to each other in a row. Only one table may be purchased per artist.  If you need more than one space, we suggest you upgrade to an Exhibitor or Premium Artist Booth. These spaces are reserved for aspiring artists who are selling/promoting their own personal work and MAY NOT be used to sell other merchandise not created by the artist. Independent Publishers and Craftsperson’s belong in the Indie Publisher / Craftsperson sections. We will be more than happy to add your image (pending approval) to promote you as an Artist, but we do not have the ability to create images for every Artist in Artist Alley. That’s where your Artistic skill comes in. As well, please provide a brief bio (1 paragraph) and recent work. Please note that by purchasing exhibitor space at The New York City Horror-Fi Expo 2 you are also agreeing to the terms and all conditions below.

About The New York City Horror-Fi Expo 2

November 3rd - 4th, 2018

The New York City Horror-Fi Expo 2 Celebrating all things Horror, Science Fiction, and Fantasy.  Celebrity guests, props, films, DVDs, Toys Models, Comics and much more 

The event will take place November 3rd and 4th 2018 at the 630 Second hall located at 630 2nd Ave New York N.Y. 10016 Admission Price in advance is $35.00 for a 2-day pass or $20.00 for Saturday or Sunday single day ticket. Tickets will also be available at the door for $25.00 each day but tickets are limited

Ticket admission are limited to access to Horror-Fi Expo 2 weekend during normal business hours Sat. Nov. 3rd 10 am to 6 pm and or Sun. Nov. 4th 11 am to 5pm.Ticket grants admission into the convention with access to the vendors, celebrities and other guests. *(Weekend and single day tickets are available)

Tickets are for the event itself, they do not guarantee meeting any specific guest. 
All Guest lists and Events are subject to change.
Refunds are not given if any guests cancel their appearance at the show.

*All celebrities are confirmed but are subject to cancellation due to professional commitments outside of Sunrise Productions Ultd Inc. control. Please check Facebook and or other media for all news and updates relating to guests, ticket sales, and special event announcements. **Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No children under 12 admitted without adult supervision.
