RetroWorld Expo 2019 was by far the best show we have had yet! Feedback from attendees and exhibitors were overwhelmingly positive and we felt that 2020 was going to be even way better. Unfortunately, we had to cancel due to Covid 19 safety precautions.

RetroWorld Expo attendance in 2019 was over 6,000 attendees and continues to grow annually. Attendees come from all over the country with majority coming from the surrounding areas CT, MA, NY, RI, VT and NH. Our attendees rate RWX as one of their favorite expos in the area and many come back year after year.

In our year end surveys our attendees indicate that the number one reason they come back to RWX is for the marketplace. Our marketplace is made up of over 100 vendors with a mix of video games, tabletop, toys, pop culture, indie developers and artists. Exhibitors who come back each year say that RWX is one of the best expos they go to. We sell out of exhibitor space each and every year.

If you need power to your booth it can be purchased directly through the CT Convention Center ( https://www.ctconventions.com/exhibitors/order-services/) for $80 per 5 amp outlet. Hard line Internet is $45 and Wifi Internet is $25.

We use Demers Exposition Services for all set up such as pipe & drape, chairs and tables. They are on site the weekend of the event for any additional needs that you might have such as additional tables and chairs or other items that may need to be rented. www.demersexpo.com. We strive to make each exhibitors experience a good one and work with each and every exhibitor to make sure they have a great weekend. If you have any questions regarding being an exhibitor please contact Kris Krohn at [email protected].

After your purchase you will receive an email confirming your booth. We send out a detailed packet to all exhibitors several weeks before the show with info on parking, your booth assignments, load in/out and other pertinent info to make your weekend a success.

EXHIBITOR FLOOR SPACES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you later realize you are unable to attend we will do our best to try to backfill your space and offer a refund but make no guarantees.

We have special rates that we personally negotiate each year at the Marriott Hartford Downtown (attached to CT Convention Center) as well as the Hartford Downtown Holiday Inn (0.7 miles away).  There are limited rooms available so head over to our website to get our special hotel rates, book your rooms early a lot of times they do sell out every year! There are also tons of other hotels on our website throughout Hartford that are available.

RetroWorld Expo (RWX) is a Northeast Gaming and Esports Expo that encompasses all things gaming, music and eSports. The event is held on November 6-7, 2021 at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, CT.

Returning for it's 6th year , RWX is known for its massive marketplace, expansive eSports tournaments, free play arcade and gaming area, tabletop gaming, live music and Youtube and industry guests and panels. Our marketplace has over 125 vendors selling video games, tabletop gaming, TCG, comics, anime, pokemon cards, 80s/90s collectibles, indie developers, t-shirts, art and more!

Due to Covid-19 Masks will be Mandated at the show.

Children ages 10 and under free with a paid ticket purchase

Paid parking available at the garage attached to the Connecticut Convention Center or on street parking available.
