Streamer / Youtuber Booths are only available to exhibitors promoting their streaming or YouTube Channel. You are allowed to sell merchandise related directly to your channel such as T-Shirts but if you plan to sell general gaming merchandise, you must purchase a Standard Exhibitor Space. RetroWorld Expo attendance in 2018 was over 5,000 attendees and continues to grow annually. Attendees come from all over the country with majority coming from the surrounding areas CT, MA, NY, RI, VT and NH. Our attendees rate RWX as one of their favorite expos in the area and many come back year after year.

In our year end surveys our attendees indicate that the number one reason they come back to RWX is for the marketplace. Our marketplace is made up of over 80 vendors with a mix of video game vendors, tabletop vendors, toy vendors, pop culture and artists. Exhibitors who come back each year say that RWX is one of the best expos they go to and we sell out of exhibitor space each and every year.

If you need power to your booth it can be purchased directly through the CT Convention Center for $85 per pull. Hard line Internet is $45 and Wifi Internet is $25. Both can be purchased directly from the CT Convention Center. We will provide details and contact info with the exhibitor packet on how to purchase these.

We use Demers Exposition Services for all set up such as pipe & drape, chairs and tables. They are on site the weekend of the event for any additional needs that you might have such as additional tables and chairs or other items that may need to be rented. www.demersexpo.com. We have special rates that we personally negotiate each year at the Marriott Hartford Downtown (attached to CT Convention Center) as well as the Hartford Downtown Holiday in (0.7 miles away).  There are limited rooms available so head over to our website to get our special hotel rates, book your rooms early a lot of times they do sell out.

RetroWorld Expo (RWX) is an annual convention that encompasses all things video games, music and tabletop gaming. The event will be held on September 28 & 29 at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, CT.

Returning for it's 5th year, RWX is known for its massive marketplace, expansive gaming tournaments, free play arcade and gaming area, live video game music and Youtube and industry guests and panels. Our marketplace has over 80 vendors selling video games, crafts, artwork and much more!
