Portland's premier pop-culture event, Rose City Comic Con is produced locally with a focus on creating a fun and friendly event for everyone!
While our primary focus is that of comics, comic creators, and the creative process, Rose City Comic Con also provides its attendees with access to gaming, sci-fi, cosplay, anime, fantasy, and everything in between. Our goal is to provide you with a rewarding, fun, and family-friendly event experience.
BADGE MAILING
Badges purchased prior to July 23 will include a $5 shipping fee and will start mailing in August 2023. BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR ORDER.
WHO NEEDS A BADGE
All attendees three years old and up need a badge to Rose City Comic Con. Children ages 3-10 qualify for a Rose City Jr. badge which is valid for all three days of the convention. We recommend all children under 18 attends with an adult, and all children under 11 must have an adult with them while attending Rose City Comic Con.
BADGE POLICY
All badge sales are final, with no refunds or cancellations. Badges are subject to a 14% service fee. All Growtix processing fees are added at Checkout. Growtix fees are a percentage of your total badge price. Upgrades are available only on an as-available basis. Separate badges may need to be purchased for certain events.
Please note all guests are subject to cancellation or schedule changes due to professional commitments. Up-to-date schedule changes will be posted on the website and social media channels during the show should any arise.

We’re adding guests to Rose City Comic Con all the time. You can check out our current Guest List for our current roster and follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to be the first to learn about new celebrities and creators.
A NOTE ABOUT AUTOGRAPHS, PHOTO OPS, Q&A SESSIONS & VIPS:
Rose City Comic Con’s celebrity guests generally spend time signing autographs at their booth, attending scheduled photo op sessions, and doing Q&A sessions with fans.
Autographs, photo ops, and Q&A session attendance are not exclusive to Fast Pass and Premium Pass holders. Attendees with single day and 3 Day badges also have the opportunity to take part in autographs, photo ops, and Q&A sessions. Autographs will be available for sale in the Celebrity Autograph area in the exhibit hall. Some autographs may be available to purchase in advance (availability TBA). Photo ops will be available for sale both on-site and in advance (exact on sale date TBD). Celebrity guest Q&A sessions are open to all attendees and take place in large rooms. It’s possible those rooms could fill up to capacity for our most popular celebrity guests, so plan to arrive early.

Attendee expressly agrees to fully comply with all applicable COVID-19 health and safety measures, rules and protocols that govern and/or apply to attendance at the event issued from time to time by:
· any local, State or national authority (including public health authorities) which includes both (i) state and county guidelines mandates and (ii) CDC guidelines;
· the applicable venue; and
· the organizer, Clarion Events, Inc.
These measures may include, without limitation, the requirement to wear face masks at all times, maintain appropriate social distance and comply with directions of any security personnel tasked with upholding COVID-19 health and safety measures. Clarion Events, Inc., reserves the right to remove any Attendee from the event for failure to adhere to the required COVID-19 health and safety measures and protocols for attendance at the event, as notified to the Attendee from time to time.
Rose City Comic Con may involve participation in movement-based activities and events, including but not limited to: Lightsaber training, "sword" fighting, yoga, stretching, dancing, and more. By purchasing a badge you agree to our Movement Waiver and understand that there is a chance for injury. By purchasing a badge you as the person completing the order or purchase assumes full responsibility for all participants who may particulate in movement-based activities and events.
