GalaxyCon Live Purchases are final. There are No Refunds of any products unless a guest is unable to perform these services without rescheduling within 60 days. If a guest has to reschedule, your ticket confirmation will be valid for the newly announced date and time. If a reschedule within 60 days is not possible, you will be eligible for a refund.
Galaxy Con LLC owns the exclusive rights to all live-streamed and one-on-one video experiences and grants each fan and celebrity the right to share their personal one-on-one videos in social media for personal use only.
Any act of harassment on a video or in a chat room will lead to ejection from the live event and forfeit of any money spent on the product, as well as the potential involvement of law enforcement.
Most celebrities are not permitted by the studios to perform the likeness of their characters or voice-over work outside of the studio.
Please make sure that you have a stable internet connection before your scheduled video chat. GalaxyCon is not responsible for your internet speeds.
You must have a compatible device that has a microphone and a front-facing camera to take part in a one-on-one video chat. GalaxyCon is not responsible for your hardware needs.
No refunds will be given if you miss your video chat session or if you are removed from the video chat due to inappropriate behavior.
