GalaxyCon Live Purchases are final. There are No Refunds of any products unless a guest is unable to perform these services without rescheduling within 60 days. If a guest has to reschedule, your ticket confirmation will be valid for the newly announced date and time. If a reschedule within 60 days is not possible, you will be eligible for a refund. 

Galaxy Con LLC owns the exclusive rights to all live-streamed and one-on-one video experiences and grants each fan and celebrity the right to share their personal one-on-one videos in social media for personal use only.

Any act of harassment on a video or in a chat room will lead to ejection from the live event and forfeit of any money spent on the product, as well as the potential involvement of law enforcement.

Most celebrities are not permitted by the studios to perform the likeness of their characters or voice-over work outside of the studio. 

Please make sure that you have a stable internet connection before your scheduled video chat. GalaxyCon is not responsible for your internet speeds.

You must have a compatible device that has a microphone and a front-facing camera to take part in a one-on-one video chat. GalaxyCon is not responsible for your hardware needs.

No refunds will be given if you miss your video chat session or if you are removed from the video chat due to inappropriate behavior.

If you purchase a celebrity experience that requires final shipment to your address, you must provide us with your correct address to be associated with that service at the time of purchase. If you suspect you need to update your records, email info@galaxycon.com.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you do not see it within 30 minutes in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, you may contact info@galaxycon.com to get it sent to you again.

No harassment of any type is acceptable. Do not harass other fans or guests. "No", "Stop", and "Go Away" are not suggestions. Any act of harassment on a video or in a chat room will lead to ejection from the live event and may lead to the involvement of law enforcement.
