LIVESTREAM Q&As
- You must have a ticket to watch a livestream
Q&A
- Unless otherwise stated, Livestream Q&A
tickets will operate under a donate-what-you-can system. If you do not have the
funds to make a donation, then don’t worry, you can still watch for free.
- All donations collected in relation to a Livestream
Q&A will be donated to charity.
- On your confirmation page, there will be a link
you need to click at the scheduled date and time to access the Livestream. Each
link is unique and allows for a single access to the livestream. This link
cannot be shared.
- Commenting will be active for Livestreams unless
otherwise stated. Feel free to ask questions for our moderators in the comments
box. Please refrain from inappropriate language and spamming questions in the
chat. It is at the discretion of the moderator whether your question will be
chosen.
- Livestreams will last approximately one hour.
*FAN EXPO HQ reserves the right to change and/or alter these terms and conditions at any time deemed necessary.
AUTOGRAPHS
- Autograph purchases will be active until one hour after the scheduled Livestream Q&A in which that Talent appears.
- If Talent has multiple image options available, you must make your image selection at time of purchase. Image selection cannot be changed once made.
- Shipping addresses must be provided and verified at time of purchase.
- Fulfilment of autographs may take up to 6 – 8 weeks from the date of the live stream Q&A. Please be patient. We will inform you when your autograph is on its way to you.
- FAN EXPO does not accept liability for misspelled names, if people are dissatisfied with the autograph quality or if damage occurs from shipping.
- Personalization is not available as standard. If Talent is permitting personalization please make sure you select that option when making your purchase.
- Autograph purchases are non-refundable.
*FAN EXPO reserves the right to use a third-party provider to fulfill autograph handling and shipping via dropshipping. In the event, FAN EXPO uses a third-party you acknowledge and agree that your shipping address will be provided to the third party to fulfill your order.
VIDEO SHOUT OUT
- You will be prompted to provide video shout out instructions to the Talent when you complete your purchase. Please read and answer all fields carefully as changes may not be able to be accommodated once submitted.
- You acknowledge and agree that the Talent has sole discretion to determine how to fulfill your request and the content of the Video Shout Out created and may not follow your request exactly.
- Character voices cannot be guaranteed.
- FAN EXPO reserves the right to reject any request at our sole discretion. Requests that include profanity, inappropriate behavior or requests to endorse services or products will be automatically rejected and your order cancelled. Orders cancelled under these circumstances are not refundable.
- Please allow up to 14 business days from the date of the Q&A to receive your Video Shout Out.
- Shout out purchases end one hour after the Livestream Q&A has ended.
- Video Shout Outs will be emailed to the address you input at time of purchase.
- If Talent is unable to complete your Video Shout Out within the prescribed period of time you will receive an automatic refund.
- You agree that Video Shout Outs are solely for your own personal, non-commercial, and non-promotional purposes (for example, sharing it with friends on a social media platform or sending it to a Recipient for personal, non-commercial, and non-promotional purposes).
- You may not sell or re-sell your Video Shout Out.
1:1 PRIVATE VIDEO CHATS- 1:1 chats are conducted by a third-party platform called GrowTix. To take part you must ensure that you have the following;
- A strong and reliable internet connection <br>
- A supported web browser - Chrome, Firefox (for Android or Linux), Safari 11 (iOS), Chrome Firefox or Safari 11 (macOS), Chrome, Firefox or Edge (Windows) <br>
- A working webcam connected to your device or camera on your phone or iPad <br>
- A working microphone connected to your device <br>
- Due to limited availability, we want to give fans as much flexibility and opportunity to participate in a 1:1 chat, therefore we are limiting purchases of these to 1 per person, per group.
- Make sure you are ready to join the chat at the designated time on your ticket. All ticket times are listed in Eastern Daylight Time, so if you live outside of this time zone, please make sure you are aware of the time difference.
- Others are welcome to be part of your 1:1 chat, if they are in the same physical location as you and on the same device. Another person would not be able to “virtually” join the chat from a different location. They would have to buy a separate 1:1 chat Please be mindful of current social distancing rules; we do not advise taking part in a 1:1 chat with someone outside of your household.
- Candid photos and personal recordings of 1:1 chats are not allowed and recordings of your celebrity experience are not included in your 1:1 chat unless specified on your ticket. IF a celebrity has authorized recordings then you will be able to download them from your ticket confirmation page after your chat has finished. All celebrities feel differently about recordings and selfies and we ask that you respect their personal wishes. If a celebrity allows selfies, ALWAYS ask before taking the photo. Again, out of respect for the person, no candid photography or recordings of private chats is allowed unless specified.
- It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure they have the required technology and infrastructure to conduct the 1:1 chat. In the event of connection loss on the part of the purchaser or, if you are unable to make your assigned group session for any reason, you will lose your spot and refunds will not be offered.
- If something goes wrong within the video chat, technical assistance will be provided. We, unfortunately, cannot offer any outside assistance and ask that those who purchase have or develop a working knowledge of the technology involved.
- In the unlikely event that something unforeseen happens and prevents the talent from participating in your 1:1 chat, we will automatically refund the full amount of your purchase to your original form of payment. No action is needed on your part. We will send out an email to inform you of the refund.
- If technical difficulties unrelated to the purchaser’s devices or infrastructure occur, FAN EXPO will attempt to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. If technical difficulties persist and it becomes necessary to cancel then a rescheduled session will be made available as soon as possible. All those affected will be notified of their new session date and time.
- FAN EXPO and/or Talent and their selected representatives reserve the right to remove/request removal of someone from their 1:1 video chat if they display any form of inappropriate behavior. In the event you are removed for this reason you will not be entitled to a refund.
