Refund & Transfer Policy: All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Upgrade & Swapping Policy: You can upgrade your pass from a 1-day pass to the 3-day pass and pay the difference or swap another ticket if it is the same price on-line. No downgrades are permitted.
On-Site:
You must wear and display your badge or wristband at all times while on-site at ToyXpo Fan Experience.
Lost and missing credentials are subject to a reactivation fee.
Ticket holders assume all risk incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property and release management, its employees, and agents against any claims.
Photo-op, autograph, special event, after party tickets are not valid for show admission and must be accompanied by a show admission ticket as well.
Remember, be nice to everyone at the event. This will keep it fun and keep you out of trouble. In purchasing this admission and in consideration for being admitted to the Event, the holder consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity.
For military and senior citizens attendees you must provide proof of eligibility to receive credentials on-site.
Military registrants must have a valid military photo ID.
Senior Citizen must have a valid government issued photo ID with date of birth. To qualify you must be born on or before August 24, 1956.
Holder also hereby:
(1) releases ToyXpo and Toy Fanatics LLC. from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind;
(2) authorizes and permits ToyXpo and its designees which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors, and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her name, voice, likeness, and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter know for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; and
(3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the event. Holder agrees not to make any recordings of any kind at designated activities without the express written permission of ToyXpo. Service fees can include shipping and handling.
(4) Photo Ops: You can have one other person(for a total of two) in the Photo Op with you unless specifically stated. Infants 1 year and younger do not count towards this total. If you want more two people in your picture, you must purchase a second Photo Op.
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove from the Event facilities any person who in our sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which we reasonably consider to be disruptive of the Event.
I have read, understand, and agree to the cancellation policy and liabilities listed above. I authorize GrowTix to charge the amount specified above to the designated credit card.
