SATURDAY ADMISSION TICKET (Non-Refundable) Ticket holder releases, waives and forever discharges all liability claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against Monster-Mania Con, the Oaks Expo Center and all its affiliated partners and sponsors either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses, Ticket holder acknowledges the contagious and evolving nature of covid-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk that they may be exposed to the virus and become infected as a result. Ticket holder agrees to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any expense, liability, illness, injury, disability or death related to contracting the virus while attending the event. Ticket holder understands and agrees that the use of this ticket releases, convenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Monster-Mania LLC and Oaks Expo Center from all claims of any kind arising out of COVID-19. Ticket holder voluntarily agrees that release of liability includes any claims toward Monster-Mania LLC and the Oaks Expo Center whether a COVID-19 infection exists before, during, or after attendance and participation at the event.
