BELL COUNTY COMIC CON ATTENDANCE
POLICIES & DISCLAIMERS
ADMISSION:
Purchase of ANY General Admission Pass will provide purchaser with admittance to Bell County Comic Con's exhibit floor and programming sessions for the day(s) the General Admission Pass is purchased for. Once inside the exhibit floor, there will be both free giveaways and merchandise available for purchase from Artists, Vendors, Sponsors, and/or Celebrity Guests.
Most Guests are available for the duration of the event, although some are only available for a portion of the show, i.e. a single day. Appearance day(s) will be posted on the website once confirmed by the Guest. Guest appearances subject to cancellation or schedule change, due to professional commitments. Some Guests may charge additional fees for autographs and photo ops. All events have a limited seating capacities and are offered on a first come, first serve basis (VIP Badge Holders given priority over General Admission).
All children ages three (3) and younger are admitted to Bell County Comic Con for no charge. All children must be accompanied by a paid adult pass. Children ages 12 and younger will not be permitted to enter the Bell County Comic Con alone.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON.
Lost wristbands, or any wristband that has been removed/damaged/tampered with, will not be replaced by Bell County Comic Con.
PHOTOGRAPHIC & MEDIA:
All attendees, exhibitors,
volunteers, guests, and staff of the convention hereby expressly consent to
being photographed and video recorded at the convention and acknowledge and
consent to their personal images being used for commercial and/or promotional
purposes by the promoters. Attending the convention is a waiver of any
objections to being photographed and video recorded at the convention for
commercial and/or promotional purposes by the promoters.
PHOTOGRAPHY:
Photography is allowed in most areas of Bell County
Comic Con. Please be respectful when taking pictures and ask for the permission
from your subject. Please honor all requests from those who say “no” to photos.
DRESS CODE:
Bell County Comic Con is a family friendly event, and
costuming worn should reflect that basic premise. The minimal dress standards
are full-coverage bikini top for women, and full-cheek coverage bikini swimsuit
bottoms for men and women. In all cases local and state decency laws will be
applied.
No costume is not a costume!

Male attendees are strongly
encouraged to wear dance belts under any thin-fabric pants (bodysuits, tights,
etc.).
§
Precautions should be taken against
costume malfunctions (e.g. double-sided tape, pasties, etc.).
§
Footwear must be worn at all times;
stocking feet without shoes are not sufficient.
§
Convention staff reserves the right
to insist on modifications of costumes.
HARASSMENT EXPULSION NOTICE:
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have
any other concerns, please contact a member of Bell County Comic Con staff
immediately.
We are dedicated to a harassment-free con experience for
everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual
orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, nationality
or national origin, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment. In most
circumstances, those involved in such behavior will be expelled from the con.
Harassment includes, but is not limited to: verbal comments that
reinforce social structures of domination (related to gender, gender identity
and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size,
race, age, religion); overt adult images in public spaces; deliberate intimidation;
stalking; following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption
of panels or other events; inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome sexual
attention. Those asked to stop any harassing behavior or exit the con for such
behavior are expected to comply immediately. No refunds will be given for those
who are expelled from Bell County Comic Con for Harassment.
