Learn from some of your favorites with 30- and 60-minute coaching sessions. This is your chance for a special message that’s yours to keep or to ask your favorite stars the answers you’ve been dying to know. Plus one-on-one, group, and coaching participants will also receive a recording of their Meet & Greet to rewatch and share!

How do I access my chat?
We report times in New York City Eastern Time. Once you have completed your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. In the email, you’ll find your access code, an orange button to test your device compatibility, and a grey button underneath which will turn green and unlock on the day of the event. To join the virtual chat platform, you’ll simply need to click on this green button. There is no app needed, and you don’t need to download anything.
How will I know when the chat is supposed to end?
There is a timer on screen during the video chats that will help you keep time.
Can I have a friend or family member join my one-on-one chat?
Each one-on-one chat ticket is good for an individual person. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian can accompany you during your chat.
If you would like to have a friend or family member join you, you will need to purchase group meet and greet tickets instead of one-on-one tickets.
Will my chat be recorded? How do I get my download?
Most chats are recorded. Chats that are not recorded will be clearly noted in the product description. A recording of your Video Chat will automatically be available as a digital download link in your original order confirmation email within 48 hours of the end of your chat. Click on “VIEW MY ORDER ONLINE” from your order email to get to your confirmation page.
Can I share my chat recording on social media?
Yes, of course!
How long is each chat? How will I know when the chat is about to end?
The length of each chat varies and will be clearly noted in each product description. There is a timer on screen during the one-on-one and group video chats that will help you know when your chat is almost over.
Am I able to purchase multiple one-on-one chats in the same timeframe?
If you’re purchasing (2) one-on-one chats for the same guest or multiple guests during the same timeframe, you can do this! Each one-on-one chat will have their own unique access code. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have purchased multiple chats for the same timeframe so we can do our best to accommodate you.
